In some way I could consider Tex Avery a genius. The TV of Tomorrow, in the vision of 1953. Extrapolate that to what what AR could do with this. To think up new concepts you need to think up crazy stuff like this. I like it!

Todd Vanderlin made some more fune examples of AR, including one where he uses a marker on a record to scratch digital music (did I posted that? Otherwise look in my Delicious..,). Seems rather cool for TV! Pity that guy had to move to the way back, because all the digital imaginary is an overlay on top of the narrator. It would be perfect if he could walk between the players and literally point out when someone is offside or something… I think they’re onto something here, [...]
